Everyone was friendly as well as host. The hotel location was excellent very close to the shore of the lake. And I found Rudenz Castle very close to the property.

I had a blast skiing and cycling in the area, and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food. Plus, the free WiFi kept me connected at all times. Cons: The mountain views were so stunning that I couldn't take my eyes off them! How inconvenient!

I arrived early on a rainy day, and even though the hotel was not yet open, the owner kindly let me in and showed me to my comfortable room. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Lake Lucerne. the staff was extremely friendly and the Thai food at Gasthaus Zur Rose restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this place for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious meals. Cons: Nothing not to like 😊 Limited variety in breakfast options.

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, exactly what I needed for my business trip. The location was perfect, being close to both the train station and the bus stop. It made commuting to my meetings and exploring the area very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable.
There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my experience. the pillows provided were huge and too soft for my liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Being just a 5-minute walk away from the train station and Lake Lucerne made it very accessible for me. The Thai-based meals offered at the bar were absolutely delicious, and the extensive menu had something for everyone. The owners, who are originally from Thailand, were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Additionally, having a comfortable single room right across from the shared bathrooms was convenient, as I never had to wait for a vacancy.
Felt like being home, with nothing too much trouble.
